Brainwave Neuro Rehab Services provides a holistic approach to physical therapy for individuals with neurologic conditions such as

Meet our therapist

Leah Kroll-Rosen, PT, DPT, NCS earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas. She has over 10 years of experience working in neurologic physical therapy in a variety of clinical settings. She qualified as a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy in 2023.
